What this involves
Our tours run from a couple of hours on the water to multi-day trips along the Congo-Nile Trail. Most begin at Kibuye and head out to the islands — Amahoro, Napoleon, Mafundungu — where you land, walk, and come back by boat. Every tour is led by a cooperative guide who lives on this lake. Group sizes stay small on purpose: a boat with six people on it is a different day out from a boat with twenty. Because this is the one service with a fixed catalogue and published prices, you can browse and request a date directly rather than writing to us first.
